Delete Your Account & Data

Privacy Terms Medical Disclaimer Delete Account

Bloom respects your right to delete your data at any time. We provide multiple ways to remove all your information permanently.

Option 1: Delete All Data from the App

The fastest way to delete everything:

  1. Open the Bloom app
  2. Go to the Profile tab (gear icon in the bottom navigation)
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen
  4. Tap the red "Delete All Data" button
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

This immediately and permanently removes all your health data from your device. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2: Uninstall the App

Since Bloom stores all data locally on your device by default, uninstalling the app will permanently delete all associated data. The operating system removes all app data when you uninstall.

  • Android: Long-press the Bloom icon → Uninstall, or go to Settings → Apps → Bloom → Uninstall
  • iOS: Long-press the Bloom icon → Remove App → Delete App

Option 3: Request Account Deletion via Email

If you created an account for cloud sync, or if you prefer to request deletion via email:

  1. Send an email to support@metanetica.in
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your Bloom account
  4. We will process your request within 7 business days
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your data, the following is permanently removed:

  • Cycle and period tracking data (dates, cycle length, period length)
  • Mood logs and mood history
  • Symptom tracking data
  • Pregnancy tracking data and milestones
  • Fertility signs (basal body temperature, cervical mucus, OPK results)
  • Intercourse logs
  • Conception reports
  • AI chat conversation history
  • Health insights and wellness scores
  • Notification preferences and schedules
  • App lock and biometric settings
  • Language preferences
  • Storage mode preferences
  • Account credentials (if applicable)

What Is NOT Stored on Our Servers

In Bloom's default configuration (local storage mode), we do not store any of your health data on our servers. This means:

  • There is no server-side data to delete — everything is on your device
  • Deleting from the app or uninstalling is sufficient for complete data removal
  • We cannot recover your data after deletion, even if you contact us

Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Make sure you no longer need your health records before proceeding. We cannot restore deleted data under any circumstances.
